This is to inform you that a meeting of Directors of The United Insurance Company of Pakistan Limited will be held on Saturday October 30, 2021 at 12:30 (p.m.) at Lahore to consider the Quarterly Accounts for the period ended 30-09-2021 for declaration of any entitlement.
The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from 24-10-2021 to 30-10-2021 (both days inclusive) as required 5.6.4 of Rules Book of PSX. Accordingly, no Director, CEO, or Executive shall, directly/indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
